The VacMaster VP112EU is a full chamber machine designed to solve the problem of vacuum sealing liquids and liquid rich foods such as soups, marinades and stews.

Most machines on the market are based on a suction method. The biggest limitation to external vacuum sealers is liquid, because when vacuum is applied moisture and liquid are also drawn out.  Depending on the moisture content of the food, this can stop bags from being heat sealed and can damage machines.

The VP112 Chamber Machine uses a different technology to address this problem. When sealing with our chamber machine, the vacuum bag that will be sealed is placed inside the chamber of the machine and the lid is closed.  Air is sucked out of the entire chamber, not just from the bag itself. This allows air pressure on both the inside and outside of the bag to remain equal and liquids to stay in the bag. The bag is then fully sealed and air is returned back into the chamber.

The  VP112EU has a sleek new low profile design that makes it counter top friendly. The new hinged lid tucks neatly back over the machine and has easy to read pressure indicator and LCD panel.

The unique bag clip also aids in the sealing process, allowing bags to be held in place during the vacuum cycle. It features a dry piston pump for zero maintenance and a cleaver hinged lid to allow storage under shelves.
